Shipping and Handling

ManCoCo Limited dispatch all our speciality coffees by courier. Delivery costs are dictated by weight and will be added automatically when an order is placed.  Normal courier delivery usually takes between 2 and 5 working days. If you need your shipment signed for upon delivery, sent as priority shipping or tracked to its final destination, this will incur a higher shipping cost and you need to contact ManCoCo Limited at contact@mancoco.co.uk before placing your order.

Local Collection:
If you would like to save on postal charges and collect your coffee from our Roastery in Manchester on a week day, you may do so simply entering the discount code "COLLECTION" at checkout to remove the shipping cost. We will email you directly when your coffee has been roasted and is ready to collect - usually between 24-48hrs of placing your order.

1 kg - 2 kg *	£4.05 - Inc VAT
2 kg - 10 kg *	£6.49 - Inc VAT
10 kg - 15 kg *	£8.98 - Inc VAT

*  Delivery Weight

The weight of an order is the combined pack weight of the coffee and the weight of its packaging - not just the coffee weight alone.

 

Outside the United Kingdom

Shipping to outside United Kingdom please contact us at contact@mancoco.co.uk before placing your order for a quotation on shipping charges by Royal Mail or courier.

 

Delivery Schedule

Please be aware that we take the freshness of our coffee seriously and as such we do not roast every individual type of coffee bean daily. We strive to dispatch all our coffees within 24 hours of roasting and a maximum of seven days from placing your order.  Should we be unable to deliver your coffee within the specified time we will endeavour to contact you with an explanation and an offer of a substitute coffee or refund.
